To all our international customers
We accept orders from, and ship to, most European countries. Orders must be
paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK),
and Norwegian Sales Tax (VAT) is included in the listed prices. Norwegian VAT
is 25% for most of the products we offer, but lower (14%) for food (such as
energy bars etc.). Books are exempt from VAT.
International customers are not required to
pay Norwegian Sales Tax, and the VAT will be deducted before we charge your
credit card and ship the goods to you. However, you should be aware that your
order could be subject to local duties and taxes in the country you reside. As
the recipient you are responsible for payment of local duties, taxes and other
fees. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.
You should also note that international shipping charges will be added to the
order. Please see "Fraktinformasjon" for more information on these
charges.
Product information on our site is only available in Norwegian at the moment.
Even though we continually evaluate the need for texts in other languages, this
is not yet in place. We apologize for the inconvenience, and, as an
alternative, we recommend the Google translator function.
